Figured I throw in something we did in my other guild.

When people were gone inactive, and if there were noble players, they got a ranked called "Retired Honor" and this rank was shown at the bottom of the structure. This way, people always knew all the active players form the inactive. For other people, their rank was "Death Row". So, everyone always knew that people were the most active from top to bottom.

So, you can place all of your great players, who no longer play, into a group called "Heaven Entered" or something and that group are all on the bottom of the guild list. For players who joined but went in active of more than a couple of weeks couple be placed above "Heaven Entered" and below "Sunday School" called "Falling Saints", or something (all my titles are examples of what you would prefer).

You always will see in one group on the very bottom all retired players, and players heading to be kicked (if new) or retired (if noble).

These are based on the ranks we worked on in Hells Warriors, if you care to look at their full structure.

This keeps names in groups and the structure more organized by keeping the retied and the falling into their own groups AND at the bottom of the structure.

This is just how we did it there and I offer this bit at no charge to this new crew. Well, if you got a cookie I take it... better yet, give me a large slice of some pizza.

Well... If someone needs to be kicked due to inactivity, people with less contributed xp and lower ranks are kicked first. The main reason why there's no rank for retired players is that outsiders need to search the inactive players if they want to attack them. They need to look through more characters, some of them preaching gospel in their bio... God may use anything, even this kind of game to save people...

Ah, I see your point. I can understand how that can work for this crew and no other, because there is a message to be said.

I need to put a quote or something on my profile now. I feel singled out. Smile

Good tactic and I can see that. Keep the scriptures and boot the blanks. Smile
