Guild ranks and permissions:

Missionary: Like Evangelist + edit history, buy upgrades...
Evangelist: Can do all that Deacon can + change member ranks
Deacon: Can store and take items, send mass messages, can recruit new members
Usher. Can store and take items, can send mass message
Brother/Sister in Faith: Store items, take items
Seeker of Hope: can store items

Those duty as Phoenician said is what we can do for the guild. Now I also add something to the ranks duty and it up to you to do labor for God.

Usher - greeting new members

Deacon - interview new member for background check (see if that person is saved or not)

Evangelist - preaching gospel to new unsaved member

Missionary - preaching gospel to people outside the guild

Disciple - teaching/training new christian member

I made a new rank, prior to Disciple, a Humble servant of God... That would need 12500k contributed xp.

Sunday School trial member
Seeker of Hope trial member
Brother/Sister in Faith new Christian member 0-25k

In regards to the Sunday School, could they not be treated as Seekers of hope, allowing them to deposit and to borrow supplies. Then Allow for the adding of an upper or intermediate rank?

Are the amounts of xp listed here recommendations or actual amounts to progress through the guild ranks?

Also, is there a webpage (as opposed to a forum board) for the guild?

There's not, but I really like the idea. People of Lordly Calibur has a pretty neat guild website. They incorporate the forum in one section of the site. A site would be a great way to make our guild more professional, and would also be a great platform for sharing the gospel. People view our guild, they view our website, they see what it means to be a Christ follower. Anybody good with any type of web coding?

I am all for change. But if we change to much to fast it will be confusing for not only newer members but also ourselves.

Once a solid system is established (do we have that at the moment with our new ranks?) then I think stick to it for a good long whlle to avoid confusion.

I pretty much like the new ranking system, but I agree that we need to settle on something. One change I would like to make is this: When you hit a certain contributed xp, whether that be 5 million or 12.5 million, or whatever, we should have the option to donate 10FSP to the guild, so that a max rank upgrade can be purchased, so that we can choose a rank name for ourselves. Of course, this rank name should somehow revolve around our faith.
